Hunting Concession Areas

Limpopo Province

Limpopo Province creates an opportunity for a great, diverse hunting experience. You will find a habitat from fairly open savannah to densely wooded hills. This diversity has resulted in an amazingly rich mammal fauna. Most species can be hunted in this province. You will travel to other provinces for selected species.

Free State and Eastern Cape

The Free State is typically flat and grassy, with steady wind blowing. In the Eastern Cape you will find coastal forests through to semi desert plains and mountains.

Rifle Hunting

Much of the plains game species occur here naturally. Most of the species are on a number of concession areas in our immediate vicinity, totaling more than 100 000 acres. We have concessions in the Limpopo, Freestate, Eastern and Western Cape also.
All rifle hunting is done on a 'walk and stalk' basis.

A typical plains game Rifle Hunt schedule as follows:

Your PH will meet you on your arrival at Johannesburg International Airport and drive you to the hunting lodge. When you arrive, sight your rifle, discuss your "wish list" of trophies and then you get a good nights rest. The next day, and every day of your hunt, your PH will take you out to the area we know you will have the best chance of harvesting the trophies you are looking for.
On the last morning transfer you to the airport for your flight home.

Bow Hunting

HNI Safaris will take you on a lifetime bow hunting experience. Bow hunting is conducted on the best hunting areas. As a bow hunter you face the ultimate challenge in hunting. We have a very good understanding of your requirements. The pit blinds allow the bow hunter shots from 15 to 20 yards, and most shots are even closer. We also have pop-up blinds which can be set up to meet any client individual preference.
